WEST POINT — Mr. Earnest Lee “Bo” Miller, 78, of West Point, Ga. passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Miller is survived by his daughter, Nita Ward and her husband Scott; his son, Robert Miller; his two grandchildren, Sky Miller and Stormy Holmes; and his great granddaughter, Marley Holmes.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean Miller.

Mr. Miller was born on September 26, 1939 in West Point, Ga. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.  He was a longtime employee of Uniroyal who retired after 27 years of service.  He was a Red Cross volunteer and loved traveling, square dancing, and fishing.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 2 p.m. (EST) at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley with the Rev. Rusty Letson officiating.  Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Lanett. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 9 p.m. (EST) at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.
