WEST POINT — Miss Willie Ruth Higgins of Atlanta and formerly of West Point, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018, at Harbor Grace Hospice, Atlanta.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later by M.W. Lee Mortuary of West Point.
