LANETT — Ten people were arrested in Lanett over the weekend. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Amber Nicole Lott, 31, of Lanett has been charged with public intoxication;

Dixie Leigh Brabham Geddie, 50, of Lanett has been charged with public intoxication;

Cesar Flores, 19, of Lanett has been charged with four counts of failure to appear in court to answer traffic-related charges;

Jontavious Marquez Carter, 29, of Valley has been charged with failure to pay;

Phillip Thomas Renfro, 35, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay;

Kenneth Lamar Ferrell, 39, of Lanett has been charged with failure to appear;

Wade Evan Daniel, 43, of Lanett has been charged with two counts of domestic violence, third degree;

Gregory Antonio McCollough, 52, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay;

April Nicole Fulghum, 52, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay, and

Freddie Lee Barnes, 58, of Lanett has been charged with attempting to elude a police officer.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, domestic violence and harassment were reported on the 100 block of East 19th Street; harassing communications reported on the 1100 block of East 3rd Avenue; criminal trespass, third degree, on the 4400 block of County Road 289; theft of property, third degree, on the 1200 block of East 3rd Avenue; theft of property, fourth degree, on the on the 600 block of Cherry Drive; domestic violence, third degree, and theft of property, second degree. reported on the 1700 block of Magnolia Road; criminal trespass, third degree, has been reported on the 1800 block of North 3rd Court; cruelty to animals reported on the 1200 block of South 4th Avenue; theft of property, first degree, has been reported on the 400 block of South 5th Avenue; domestic violence, third degree, on the 1100 block of 44th Court SW; theft of property, first degree, on the 600 block of North 14th Court; harassment on the 300 block of South 3rd Avenue; domestic violence, third degree, on the 1700 block of Magnolia Road, and domestic violence, third degree, on the 1900 block of 23rd Street SW.

VALLEY reports

VALLEY — Eight people were arrested in Valley over the weekend. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Jalesa Goggans, 23, of Austin, Texas has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

Phillip Thomas Benfro, 35, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – traffic; Jacob Chase Shaddix, 22, of Valley has been charged with three counts of FTA – traffic; Vanessa Shantez Smith, 25, of Montgomery, Ala. has been charged with theft of property; Telina Lynn Breeze, 35, of Valley has been charged with criminal trespass, third degree; Dana M. Gordy, 62, of Valley has been charged with FTA; Toni Eason, 29, of Valley has been charged with failure to pay – traffic, and Royal Dean Scott, 47, of Phenix City, Ala. has been charged with four counts of bail jumping.

In incidents being investigated by Valley police officers, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue and burglary, third degree, and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 1200 block of County Road 271.

WEST POINT reports

WEST POINT — Two people were arrested in West Point over the weekend. Carey Meadows,of West Point has been charged with driving without a license, and Kellavious Murphy of West Point has been charged with obstructing a law enforcement officer.

In incidents being investigated by West Point police, burglary and theft was reported on Peabody Road; entering an auto and theft of property reported on West 9th Street; aggravated assault reported on Pine Street, and harassing phone calls reported on Pine Street.
