DADEVILLE, Ala. — Mr. Ora Lee Benson, 100, of Dadeville, Ala. passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Dadeville Health Care Center in Dadeville, Ala.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018, 11 a.m. CST at Sardis Baptist Church in Dadeville. The Rev. William Perry. Jr., pastor, will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Dadeville City Cemetery.

Mr. Benson is survived by his wife, Susie J. Benson; daughter, Dorothy Mae Ratcliff of Birmingham, Ala.; son, Fernando Dean Benson of Birmingham; two stepsons, Willie J. (Tina) Williams of Dadeville and Lee J. Williams of Opelika, Ala.,  a stepdaughter, Rev. Faye N. Pettus of Dadeville and  a host of grandchildren, three generations of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, three generations of great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
