VALLEY — One person was arrested in Valley on Tuesday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Jimmy Lamar McCowan, 32, of Roanoke, Ala. has been charged with harassment.

In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, domestic violence, third degree (physical harassment), was reported on the 6000 block of 20th Avenue; domestic violence, third degree (harassment), was reported on the 1100 block of 20th Avenue, and theft of property, third degree, breaking and entering a motor vehicle and the fraudulent use of a debit/credit card reported on the 100 block of Crest Club Drive.

LANETT reports

LANETT — One person was arrested in Lanett on Tuesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports.

Malcolm Malone, 53, of Lanett has been charged with driving under the influence – controlled substance.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, criminal mischief, third degree, was reported on the 1200 block of 15th Place SW; harassment was reported on the 1300 block of 15th Street SW and harassment reported on the 600 block of North 14th Street.
