LANETT reports

LANETT — Four people were arrested in Lanett on Tuesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Tracy Towles, 43, of Lanett has been charged with harassment;

John Paul Woodruff, 42, of Valley has been charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct;

Thomas Dalton Tapley, 26, of Valley has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia;

Matthew Misquistian Patton, 32, of Lanett has been charged with being a fugitive from justice,

In incidents being investigated by Lanett police, harassment was reported on the 1100 block of South Gilmer Avenue; the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 4400 block of County Road 289; the fraudulent use of a credit/debit card was reported on the 2300 block of South Broad Avenue; theft of lost property, third degree, was reported on the 600 block of South 2nd Avenue; theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 1800 block of 35th Avenue SW; harassing communications was reported on the 1300 block of 15th Street SW and theft by deception, first degree, was reported in the 1900 block of South Phillips Road.

SHERIFF’S OFFICE  reports

LaFAYETTE — Three people were arrested in Chambers County on Tuesday. According to the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office,

Brandon Hartman, 24, has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer child support charges;

Isaiah Marshall, 20, of Montgomery, Ala. has been charged with theft of property, first degree, and theft of property, third degree, and

Jeffery White, 46, of Lanett has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer child support charges.

There were 160 inmates in the Chambers County jail this morning.

VALLEY reports

VALLEY — One person was arrested in Valley on Tuesday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Jacklyn Amanda Johnson, 32, of Valley has been charged with public intoxication.

In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, criminal mischief, second degree, has been reported on Lower Street; breaking and entering a motor  vehicle and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue; criminal mischief, third degree, was reported on the 1700 block of 58th Street, and duty upon striking an unoccupied vehicle was reported on the 2100 block of Crescent Circle.

WEST POINT reports

WEST POINT — One person was arrested in West Point on Tuesday. According to WPPD reports,

Joey “Babe” Seaborn of West Point has been charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
