Many items up for auction

VALLEY — Many area businesses and individuals have donated items to be auctioned off at The Hike/Bike/Run Auction on Friday evening April 27th.

The Auction will be held at The Valley Community Center starting at 5:30 p.m. EDT. The doors will open at five o’clock so that people will be able to view the items before the auction starts. Food will be available.

A 1994 Crest pontoon boat with trailer and Mariner Tracker 40 hp motor from Mike and Barbara Hill; a 2006 Ford F-456 Econoline bus, 21passenger, no lift, from Valley Haven School; a gift certificate for a set of four tires for a passenger vehicle from West Point Tire; $400 in-store gift certificate from Kenny Knox; 5-gallon buckets and lids from Letica; season tickets (2 sets of two seats each) from New Horizon Theatre;

A half-carat white gold necklace from Pawn City; a set of two New York City wall paintings and two used massage chairs from Colorvision; a set of bunk beds with ladder from Clark’s Interior’s, Inc.;

A used 18-inch girls bike, an antique desk with six drawers and a used Michelin 25565R17 spare tire from Robert Hale; a blue four-drawer chest of drawers; a used blue recliner and a full-size wood headboard and footboard with wood rails; an antique reel push grass cutter and antique scythe – used.

All of these items and many others still coming in will be auctioned this evening at Valley Community Center.

The Hike/Bike/Run walking, biking and running events will be Saturday, May 5.

At Hike/Bike/Run Day there will be children’s games free for the children to enjoy. Along with the kids games there will be free food for all participants.
