STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. — Funeral services are pending for Mr. Justice R. “Smoove” Jackson, 23, of Stone Mountain, Ga. and formerly of Lanett, Ala., who passed away Thursday, May 18, 2018 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Ga.
