Valley reports

VALLEY — Two people were arrested in Valley on Tuesday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

› Joseph Roberts, 29, of Valley has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree, and

› Jacob Michael Sanders, 25, of LaFayette has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 1000 block of County Road 193, domestic violence, third degree, has been reported on the 100 block of Boyd Circle and harassment has been reported on the 1300 block of Whitesmill Road.

Lanett reports

LANETT — Two people were arrested in Lanett on Tuesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

› James William Mote, 47, of Lanett, has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

› Roy Lee James, 58, of Five Points, Ala. has been charged with four counts of failure to appear in court to answer traffic-related charges.

In an incident being investigated by Lanett officers, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 400 block of 19th Avenue SW.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — An incident of fraud was reported in West Point on Tuesday.

Sheriff’s office reports

LaFAYETTE — A total of 153 inmates were in the Chambers County jail on Wednesday morning.
