Valley reports

VALLEY — Three people were arrested in Valley on Monday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Brittany Henderson, 27, of Smiths Station, Ala. has been charged with theft of property, third degree, possession of marijuana, second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia;

Justin Henderson, 26, of Columbus, Ga. has been charged with theft of property, third degree, possession of marijuana, second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and

Demetrius Jerome Clifton, 37, of Orrville, Ala. has been charged with public intoxication.

In incidents that are being investigated by Valley Police Department officers, burglary, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, were reported on the 1400 block of River Road, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 4000 block of County Road 388, criminal mischief, third degree, and firing into an occupied vehicle were reported on the 200 block of 51st Street, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 600 block of Fob James Drive, and criminal mischief, third degree, was reported on the 2600 block of 49th Street;

Sheriff’s office reports

LaFAYETTE — Three people were arrested in Chambers County on Monday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Todricas Askew, 36, of Lanett has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer a charge of receiving stolen property, second degree;

Reginald Mackey, 57, of LaFayette has been charged with FTA – child support, and

Cordarious Harper, 24, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with FTA – possession of marijuana, first degree.

There were 168 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Tuesday morning.

Lanett reports

LANETT — Three people were arrested in Lanett on Monday. According to Lanett Police Department reports.

Marcus Alan Griffin, 32, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – traffic;

Cordarious Harper, 24, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

Stanley Lee Dunn, 62, of Lanett has been charged with domestic violence, third degree.

In incidents that are being investigated by Lanett officers, criminal trespassing, third degree, was reported on the 200 block of South 2nd Avenue, domestic violence, third degree, and menacing were reported on the 1500 block of 27th Street SW, and reckless endangerment and menacing were reported on the 1500 block of Cherry Drive.
