Lanett reports

LANETT — Three people were arrested in Lanett on Tuesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Serenity Alize Fallin, 20, of Lanett has been charged with the fraudulent use of a debit/credit card;

Brittney Racquet Nickerson, 30, of Lanett has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree;

Matthew Allen Green, 24, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, identity theft was reported on the 1200 block of 63rd Avenue SW, domestic violence, third degree, was reported in the 4000 block of 20th Street SW, and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported in the 200 block of South 1st Street.

Valley reports

VALLEY — Three people were arrested in Valley on Tuesday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Matthew Green, 24, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

Tia Marie Reasor, 29, of Valley has been charged with harassment, and

Aimee Fowler, 36. of Valley has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, second degree.

Sheriff’s office reports

LaFAYETTE — Two people were arrested in Chambers County on Tuesday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Treddy Dowdell Jr., 38, of Valley has been charged with four counts of failure to appear in court to answer child support charges, and

Donald Givorns, 42, of Valley has been charged with FTA – child support.

There were 158 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Wednesday morning.
