VALLEY — Belinda C. O’Shields, 65, died Sunday, July 22, 2018. She is survived by her husband, Wayne O’Shields; her children, Scottie Davis, Amiee Chambley and Jamie Louann Humphrey; her 12 grandchildren, Brittany, Leah, Josh, Morgan, Tyler, Tera, Cailee, Tristin, Anna, Carter, Casey Jr. and Jake; two great grandchildren, Tate and Traelyn; siblings Ramona (William) Baldwin, Betty Williams, Phillip Carroll and William (Wanda) Jearroll.

Mrs. O’Shields was preceded in death by her parents, D. Joe and Betty Carroll, her daughter, Lisa Kavanaugh; brother, Daniel Carroll and sister, Cathy Sprinkle,

Services will be held at the First Christian Church of River View, located at 1465 California Road in Valley, at 6 p.m. EDT on Thursday, July 26.
