Lanett reports

LANETT — Thirteen people were arrested in Lanett over the weekend. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

› Javier Garcia, 62, of Lanett has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer traffic-related charges;

› Brandon Lee Moncus, 32, of Lanett has been charged with driving under the influence;

› Ryesha Goggins, 29, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

› Anterio Makel Williams, 20, of LaFayette has been charged with reckless endangerment, discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle or dwelling, criminal mischief, second degree, and discharging a firearm in the city limits;

› Andrew Richard Wilkerson, 33, of Valley has been charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance;

› Johnnie Tyrone Ogletree, 71, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – traffic;

› Antonio Marel Brown, 37, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

› Alicia Lamrius Booker, 25, of Lanett has been charged with harassment;

› Chiquita Lashawn Heard, 24, of Lanett has been charged with harassment;

› Charles Edward Dunn, 45, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

› Ricky Lewis Banks, 37, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

› Frederick De’Andre Ransom, 20, of Lanett has been charged with harassment, and

› Dontavious Keontre Jackson, 23, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, criminal trespassing, first degree, was reported in the 700 block of North 14th Court, domestic violence, third degree, and theft of property, fourth degree, were reported on the 1300 block of North 13th Avenue, harassment was reported on the 200 block of South 11th Street, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 2600 block of 14th Street SW, harassing communications was reported on the 3600 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway, the unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 600 block of South 2nd Avenue, theft of property, third degree, and harassment were reported on the 700 block of North 14th Court and theft of property, first degree (vehicle), was reported on the 800 block of North 11th Avenue.

Sheriff’s reports

VALLEY — Four people were arrested in Chambers County over the weekend. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

› Ricky Banks, 37, of Valley has been  charged with failure to pay – child support;

› John McLeod, 33, of Opelika, Ala. has been charged with FTA – driving with a suspended license;

› Merry Gillespie, 24, of Opelika has been charged with reckless endangerment, and

› Malcolm Martin, 39, of Cusseta, Ala. has been charged with FTA – child support.

A total of 160 inmates were in the Chambers County jail Monday morning.

Valley reports

VALLEY — Three people were arrested in Valley over the weekend. According to Valley Police Department reports,

› Makeon Ayonta Heath, 18, of West Point, Ga. has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree;

› Matthew Hansen, 37, of Valley has been charged with the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, and theft of property, third degree, and

› Tracy Allen Fuller, 47, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, burglary, third degree, and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 3600 block of 55th Street, two incidents of the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property, first degree, were reported on the 5400 block of 22nd Avenue, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 1600 block of 31st Street, burglary, third degree and theft of property, first degree, was reported on the 3700 block of 20th Avenue, criminal mischief, first degree, was reported on the 1600 block of 31st Street and a gas drive off was reported on the 3700 block of 20th Avenue.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — Two people were arrested in West Point over the weekend. According to West Point Police Department reports,

› Christopher Sykes of Union Springs, Ala. has been charged with driving with a suspended license, and

› Samantha Finley of West Point has been charged with criminal trespassing and family violence.

In incidents that were reported to West Point officers, criminal trespassing was reported on Frank Hall Jr. Street and criminal trespassing reported on Avenue D.

LaFayette reports

LaFAYETTE — Four people were arrested in LaFayette over the weekend. According to LaFayette Police Department reports,

› David Lewis Williams has been charged with unlawful imprisonment, second degree, domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation;

› Anterio M. Williams has been charged with reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, discharging a firearm in the city limits, discharging a firearm into an occupied building or vehicle;

› Frederick Ransom has been charged with failure to appear or pay, and

› Brenda Loyd has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree.
