LaFAYETTE — Two people were arrested in Chambers County on Monday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Daniel Dylan Reed, 29, of Valley has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer a charge of possession of marijuana, second degree, and

Kelvin M. Appleby, 35, of Roanoke, Ala. has been charged with two counts of failure to pay child support.

There were 179 inmates in the Chambers County jail Tuesday morning.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — One person was arrested in West Point on Monday. According to West Point Police Department reports,

Richard Bailey of Lanett has been charged with driving unlicensed.

Valley reports

VALLEY — Valley Police Department officers are investigating a report of the fraudulent use of a credit/debit card that was reported on the 1200 block of Judge Brown Road.

LaFayette reports

LaFAYETTE — One person was arrested in LaFayette on Monday. According to LaFayette Police Department reports,

Dequincy Williams, 27, of LaFayette was charged with domestic violence, third degree, and harassment.

In an incident being investigated by LaFayette officers, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on 1st Avenue SW.
