Lanett reports

LANETT — Five people were arrested in Lanett on Thursday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

› Willie R. Billingslea, 73, of Lanett has been charged with attempting to elude a police officer;

› Danny Scott Hinkle, 32, of Lanett has been charged with domestic violence, third degree;

› Detreile O’monte Devon Jones, 22, of Lanett has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, second degree, and obstruction of a government operation.

› Richard Anthony Johns, 24 of West Point, Ga. has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer traffic-related charges, and

› Tiffany Brianne Longshore, 19, of Lanett has been charged with possession of marijuana, second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In incidents that are being investigated by Lanett police, harassment was reported on the 400 block of North 18th Street, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 3000 block of South Phillips Road, and menacing reported on the 1200 block of South 8th Avenue.

Sheriff’s Office reports

LaFAYETTE — Two people were arrested in Chambers County on Thursday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

› Kelton Blaine Davis, 19, of Cusseta, Ala. has been charged with FTA – driving without a license, and

› Richard Anthony Johns, 24, of West Point has been charged with failure to pay – driving with a revoked license.

There were 161 inmates in the Chambers County jail Thursday morning.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — One person was arrested in West Point on Thursday. Acc0rding to West Point Police Department reports,

› Dysheka Monique Heath of LaFayette, Ala. has been charged with criminal damage to property, second degree.

In incidents being investigated by West Point officers, criminal damage to property was reported on Pear Street and stalking reported on Spruce Street.

Valley reports

VALLEY — In incidents that were reported to the police department on Thursday, Valley officers are investigating reports of the fraudulent use of a debit/credit card and theft of property, fourth degree, on the 100 block of Wellington Street, duty upon striking a vehicle on the 400 block of Lake Placid Loop, theft of property, fourth degree, on the 1900 block of 26th Street, theft of property, fourth degree, on the 6200 block of 20th Avenue and the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on the 1400 block of County Road 202
