DADEVILLE, Ala. — Mr. Douglas “Mack” Ford, 69, of Dadeville, AL passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, Ala.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at 1 p.m. EDT at Ozias Missionary Baptist Church in Dadeville with the Rev. Vincent Ellison, pastor and the Rev. Melvin Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Ford is survived by two sons, Rodney (Tasheba) Jefferson of Dadeville and Curtis Pitts of Medford, Oregon; four daughters, Shelia (Ronald) Ford, Cynthia Ford, and Vernita Hollie, all of Dadeville, and Tonya Clark of Alexander City, Ala.; one brother, Auther (Carolyn) Ford of Dadeville, one sister, Sadie Mae Burton of LaFayette, Ala., one aunt, Ethel Tinsley of Birmingham, Ala., 23 grandchildren, 29 great­ grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
