AUBURN — Mr. William M. Garlington, 76, of Lanett died Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the Bethany House, Auburn.  Funeral  services will be held at Mitchell Springs United Methodist Church, Lanett on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 2 p.m. (EST) with Rev. Julia Marbury officiating.  Interment will be in the church cemetery.  The remains will lie in state at the church from 1 p.m. (EST) until the funeral hour.  Public viewing will be at Vines Funeral Home, Wednesday, August 29, 2018 from noon to 6 p.m. (EST).

Mr. Garlington is survived by his devoted sister: Annie Jean Garlington, Lanett; a nephew, Rodrigues Huguley, Lanett; one sister-in-law: Betty Garlington, Salem, two special friends; Terry Carlisle and Velma Barnes and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
