Lanett reports

Lanett — Three people were arrested in Lanett on Thursday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

› Richard Lee Hugley, 44, of Lanett has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, second degree, and possession of a controlled substance,

› Thomas Wilson, 57, of West Point, Ga. has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

› Tymichael Antonio Mitchell, 27, of Lanett has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer traffic-related offenses.

In incidents that were reported on Thursday, Lanett officers are investigating reports of criminal mischief on the 1900 block of 23rd Street SW, domestic violence, third degree, on the 100 block of South 2nd Avenue, criminal mischief, second degree, on the 2600 block of 14th Street SW, breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property, third degree, on the 600 block of North 14th Court, the unauthorized use of a vehicle on the 800 block of South 11th Street, the fraudulent use of a debit card and theft of property on the 2300 block of South Broad Avenue, and the fraudulent use of a debit card and theft of property, fourth degree, on the 600 block of Cherry Drive.

LaFAYETTE — Three people were arrested in Chambers County on Thursday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

› Deangelo Laeric Abner, 25, of LaFayette has been charged with FTA – the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance:

› Steven Joel Jennings, 57, of Valley has been charged with being a fugitive from justice and switched tag, and

› Donald Tapley, 55, of Lanett has been charged with certain persons being forbidden to carry a firearm.

Valley reports

VALLEY — Two people were arrested in Valley on Thursday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

› Thomas Wilson, 57. of West Point has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

› Ashley Nicole Woody, 25, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with being a fugitive from justice.

In incidents that were reported on Thursday, Valley officers are investigating reports of theft of property, fourth degree, criminal trespass, third degree, and violation of a protection order on the 3300 block of 23rd Drive, the unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property, second degree, on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue, harassment on the 3000 block of 20th Avenue, harassing communications on the 1800 block of Crest Club Drive, and domestic violence, criminal mischief, and domestic violence, harassing communications on the 1900 block of 53rd Street.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — In incidents that were reported on Thursday, West Point officers are investigating reports of a hit and run on Kia Parkway, disorderly conduct
on Avenue H and criminal trespassing on Higgins Circle.
