Lanett reports

LANETT — Four people were arrested in Lanett on Tuesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Devin King, 18, of Lanett has been charged with being a fugitive from justice;

Lonnie Mackey, 58, of Five Points, Ala. has been charged with giving false information to a law enforcement officer;

Shelnequa Jones, 24, of Lanett has been charged with harassment, and

Frank Ray, 49, of Valley has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

In incidents that are being investigated by Lanett officers, harassment was reported on the 4600 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway, criminal trespassing, third degree, was reported on the 3000 block of 64th Avenue SW, and incidents of theft of property, fourth degree, were reported on the 600 block of North 14th Avenue and the 200 block of North 9th Avenue.

VALLEY reports

VALLEY — Three people were arrested in Valley on Tuesday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Laura Danielle Roberts, 26, of Valley has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer traffic-related charges;

Joseph Roberts, 29, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

Jimmy Ray Webb, 47, of Opelika, Ala. has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

LaFAYETTE — A total of 159 inmates were in the Chambers County jail Wednesday morning.
