Valley reports

VALLEY — Five people were arrested in Valley on Tuesday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

› Frank Alvin Ray, 49, of Valley has been charged with failure to pay;

› Donald Wilkerson, 53, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree – harassment;

› Johnathan Miller, 30, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence – harassment;

› Tristin Hans Norgard, 19 of Lanett has been charged with possession of marijuana, second degree, minor in possession of alcohol and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, and

› Elizabeth Crutchfield, 18, of Valley has been charged with escape, third degree.

In an incident being investigated by Valley officers, identity theft was reported on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue.

Sheriff’s office reports

LaFAYETTE — Four people were arrested in Chambers County on Tuesday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

› Jessica Wall, 33, of Valley has been charged with failure to pay for criminal trespassing, third degree;

› Keith Towles, 44, of Lanett has been charged with a probation violation and theft of property, first degree;

› Calmease McCray, 23, of Roanoke, Ala. has been charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling, and

› Thomas Taylor, 39, of Valley has been charged with violating the Sex Offender Registration Notification Act, or SORNA.

There were 152 inmates in the Chambers County jail on Wednesday morning.

West point reports

WEST POINT — Two people were arrested in West Point on Tuesday. According to West Point Police Department reports,

› Raigahn Stiggers of Lanett has been charged with driving without a valid license and possession of amphetamine, and

› McCare McCants of Lanett has been charged with possession of amphetamine.

LaFayette reports

LaFAYETTE — In incidents that were reported on Tuesday, LaFayette police officers are investigating reports of the fraudulent use of a debit/credit card on Veterans Memorial Parkway, burglary, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, on 2nd Place SE, theft of property, fourth degree, on 1st Street SE, domestic violence, third degree, on 1st Avenue NW and disorderly conduct on Veterans Memorial Parkway.
