Lanett reports

LANETT— Three people were arrested in Lanett on Monday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

› Delarick Jakeven St. George, 31, of Lanett has been charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct;

› Jeremy Meriwether, 34, of Lanett has been charged with burglary, third degree, and theft of property, second degree, and

› Roscoe Louis Holloway, 54, of Roanoke, Ala. has been charged with burglary, third degree, theft of property, third degree and three counts of the fraudulent use of a debit/credit card.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, burglary, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, was reported on the 800 block of Magnolia Road, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 200 block of South 2nd Avenue, and theft of property, second degree, was reported in the 2800 block of Cusseta Road.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — In Tuesday’s police report, it was erroneously reported that Evan Wade of Lanett had been charged with driving with a suspended license. According to the West Point Police Department, the individual’s correct name was Wade Evan Daniel.

In incidents being investigated by West Point police, reckless conduct was reported on Kia Parkway and criminal trespassing reported on East 14th Street.

Valley reports

VALLEY — Two people were arrested in Valley on Monday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

› Tonya Shells, 43, of Valley has been charged with cruelty to a dog or cat, second degree, and

› Brandon Wayne Estes, 26, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence – harassing communications.

In incidents being investigated by Valley officers, theft of property, third degree, was reported on the 200 block of Crest Club Drive, and theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 500 block of Highway 29.

LaFayette reports

LaFAYETTE — Two people were arrested in Chambers County on Monday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

› Albrumisia Echols, 21, of Lanett has been charged with negotiating with a worthless negotiable instrument (bad check) and

› Lindsey Brooks, 62, of LaFayette has been charged with failure to pay – possession of marijuana, second degree, and failure to pay – resisting arrest.

There were 156 inmates in the Chambers County jail Tuesday morning.

LaFayette reports

LaFAYETTE — One person was arrested in LaFayette on Monday. According to LaFayette Police Department reports,

› Montravious Ware, 20, of LaFayette has been charged with disorderly conduct and domestic violence.

In incidents being investigated by LaFayette officers, harassment was reported at the Hilltop Apartments and on Martin Luther King Drive.
