FIVE POINTS, Ala. — Mr. Eric Heard, 45, of Five Points, Ala. passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 22, 2018, 1 p,m, CDT at Pine Grove United Methodist Church in LaFayette, Ala. with Pastor Cecelia Broome officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Heard is survived by his wife, Vicki Heard of Five Points; four children, Shaterica Culpepper of West Point, Ga., Dewundrez Briskey of LaFayette, Ala., Shintoria Banks and Cedric Heard, both of Five Points; his mother, Juanita Heard, grandchildren Jaquavious Carlisle and Zy’Kierianna Mitchell; a brother, Maurice Heard of LaFayette, three sisters, Shasta (LaPecco) Jones and Nikki Heard, both of Lanett, Ala.  and Lanita (Scottie) Briskey of Valley; mother-in-law Ms. Mary Swint of Roanoke, Ala. and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
