LaFAYETTE — Mr. Benjamin “Buck” Martin, 57, of LaFayette, Ala. passed away on Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, 11 a.m. CST at Friendship Baptist Church No. 1 in LaFayette with the Rev. Cornelius Reese, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Handy Memorial Cemetery in LaFayette.

Mr. Martin is survived by four brothers, Bill Martin, Jr., Kenny Martin and Tommy Martin, all of LaFayette, and Luis Curtis Martin of South Carolina; five sisters: Cyble Hughley of LaFayette, Patricia Martin and Virginia Crim, both of Opelika, Ala., Barbara Martin Walker of Manhattan, N.Y., Mary Alice George of Staten Island, N.Y. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
