McCULLOH — Mrs. Elizabeth Byrd Andress, 66, of McCulloh passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at her residence. She was born on March 24, 1952 in Birmingham.

She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Paul Andress; her mother, Nell Byrd; and her father, Hugh Byrd.
An avid reader and tireless educator, she supported countless students and members of the community in reaching their educational goals. She was a lifetime member of Beulah Methodist Church, serving in various roles of leadership, education, and community outreach. Outside of McCulloh, one of her greatest joys was spending time with friends and family on the beaches of Indian Pass, Florida.
