VALLEY — Ms. Bertha L. Moore of Valley passed away at 4:54 p.m. on Sunday, March 24 at WellStar West Georgia Hospice in LaGrange.

Ms. Moore was born in Cusseta. She was a member of the Rehoboth Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her three children Jimmie L. Moore (Ruth) of Flint, Michigan, Ethel Wood of Valley and Bertha Johnson of Lanett. Two sisters Millie Pearl Allen and Mary Wright. Two brother Charlie Wallace, Sr. and David Wallace. Several grand, great-grand, great-great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins. Also, a special niece Bernice Caldwell.

The funeral will be at noon, Saturday, March 30 at Rehoboth Missionary Baptist Church. A visitation will be held Friday from noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour. The interment will be at the church cemetery and the minister will be Karnaja Story.
