Police reports ending April 15

Lanett reports

LANETT — Twelve people were arrested in Lanett over the weekend. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Matthew Allen, 30, of Lanett has been charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property, first, second and third degree and bail jumping, second degree;

Freddie Barnes, 59, of Lanett has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, attempting to elude a police officer and resisting arrest;

Jametris Beasley, 25, of Opelika has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

Bertice Williams, 23, of Lanett has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer traffic-related charges;

Chr’porschesha McLemore, 28, of LaFayette has been charged with domestic violence, third degree;

Jonathan Willis, 30, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – traffic;

Bernie McCard, 28, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – traffic;

Corey Toberts, 28, of Opelika has been charged with FTA – traffic;

Christopher Barlie, 37, of Valley has been charged with FTA – traffic;

Bernard Glaze, 33, of Valley has been charged with possession of a pistol by a violent felon and receiving stolen property, fourth degree;

Jose Rodriguez, 34, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

James Tingley, 36, of Lanett has been charged with possession of a pistol by a violent felon.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, theft of services, third degree, was reported on the 800 block of South 2nd Avenue, domestic violence, third degree, was reported on the 1100 block of 44th Avenue SW, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 3000 block of Phillips Road, burglary, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, was reported on the 400 block of South 4th Avenue, discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling was reported on the 5300 block of County Road 289, identity theft was reported on the 1700 block of 19th Street SW, robbery, second degree, and assault, third degree, was reported on the 4400 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway, burglary, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, was reported on the 300 block of South 15th Avenue, harassment was reported on the 600 block of Cherry Drive and trespassing, first degree, was reported on the 1400 block of South 14th Street.

Valley reports

VALLEY — Nine people were arrested in Valley over the weekend. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Bernard Glaze, 33, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay;

Marion Stargell, 26, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree – harassment;

Jose Rodriguez, 34, of Lanett has been charged with arson, second degree, theft of property, fourth degree, and failure to pay;

Gerald W. Harmon Jr., 29, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

Bennie Joseph McCard Jr., 28, of Valley has been charged with attempting to elude and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia;

Christopher Stephen Barile, 37, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and FTA – traffic;

Tieko Williams, 39, of Lanett has been charged with using false identity to obstruct justice;

Kenorius Pierre Jaquez Gates, 26, of Valley has been charged with FTA – traffic and

Justin Avery Segrest, 26, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

In incidents that are being investigated by Valley officers, harassment was reported on Cusseta Road, abandoned property was reported on the 3700 block of 54th Street, identity theft was reported on the 1000 block of County Road 502, theft by deception, fourth degree, was reported on the 2000 block of Lantuck Road, harassing communications was reported on the 1600 block of 32nd Street and identity theft was reported on the 1000 block of County Road 501.

West point reports

WEST POINT — Two people were arrested in West Point over the weekend. According to West Point Police Department reports,

Tristan Pool of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects, and

Carlos Desuan Kennedy of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with possession of a Schedule One controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.
