NEWNAN, Ga.— Judy Weldon Dykes passed away Feb. 11, 2019, at Newnan Piedmont Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. EDT on Saturday April 27, 2019, at Higgins Hillcrest Funeral Home, No.1 Bullsboro Drive in Newnan, Georgia. Revs James Reece and Lynn McClain will be officiating.

Judy is survived by her husband Jim, son Jeff, brother Mel, daughter Jenn and four grandchildren
