Sheriff’s reports

LaFAYETTE — Two people were arrested in Chambers County on Thursday. According to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office reports,

Shabrittany Carwell, 26, of LaFayette, has been charged with probation revocation for burglary, third degree, an d theft of property, second degree, probation violation – theft of property, first degree, and failure to pay child support, and

Charnesia Buckner, 30, of West Point, has been charged with failure to appear in court to answer charges of theft of property, second degree, and possession of a forged instrument, second degree.

There were 149 inmates in the Chambers County Jail on Friday morning.

lanett reports

LANETT — One person was arrested in Lanett on Thursday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Norei Floyd has been charged with FTA – traffic.

In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, theft of property, fourth degree, was reported on the 400 block of North 13th Avenue and separate incidents of theft of property, third degree, were reported on the 600 block of First Street, the 100 block of North Gilmer Avenue and the 100 block of South Gilmer Avenue.

Valley reports

VALLEY — Valley Police Department officers are investigated a number of incidents that were reported on Thursday. They include disorderly conduct on the 100 block of Sydney Street, harassment on the 100 block of Jefferson Street, criminal trespassing, third degree, on the 2700 block of 17th Avenue and criminal mischief, third degree, on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — Two people were arrested in West Point on Thursday. According to West Point Police Department reports,

Dwayne Heard of LaFayette and Jahbrel Marshall, both of West Point, have each been charged with driving without a license.
