Lanett reports

LANETT — Five people were arrested in Lanett on Wednesday, according to Lanett Police Department.

Jaronta Dashun Bailey, 28, of Lanett, has been charged with failure to appear on four traffic-related charges and resisting arrest;

Demaurius Lashaunce Patrick, 38, of Lanett, has been charged with bail jumping, second degree;

Terrence Antonio Jeffery, 43, of Lanett, has been charged with domestic violence, third degree;

Jason Lee Clayton, 38, of Lanett, has been charged with bail jumping, second degree, and

Tomarko M. Gilliam, 41, of West Point, has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

Valley reports

VALLEY — Two people were arrested in Valley on Wednesday, according to Valley Police Department.

Billy Jack Jordan, 29, of Valley, has been charged with domestic violence – harassment;

James Lee Clayton, 38, of Lanett, has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

Sheriff’s reports

LaFAYETTE — Two people were arrested in Chambers County on Wednesday, according to Chambers County Sheriff’s Office.

Billy Jack Jordan, 29, of Valley, has been charged with FTA — the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and

Patricia Baker James, 53, of LaFayette, has been charged with FTA — drug court.

There were 151 inmates in the Chambers County Jail on Thursday morning.
