Charlene Wanda (Putman) Hibbins 48 years old, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on July 23 at her home. She was born May 21, 1971. 

She enjoyed spending time with her grandson, Jack. She is survived by her three children, Abigail Anderson and her husband, RJ, Thomas Hibbins and Emily Hibbins, all of New Port Richey; three sisters, Yvette Johnson and her husband Phillip of Lanett, Patty Putman of West Point, Velma Rogers and her husband David, of Texas; a very special friend who she thought of as a sister Teresa Thrift of Wetumpka, and aunt and uncle Pat and Darnell Smith of Pine Mountain, Georgia.
