Mrs. Sally Mae Hardnett, 61 of Milltown, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 14, 2019, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, 1 p.m. CST at Greater Pine Hill Baptist Church in LaFayette. The Rev. Rodney Thomas, Sr., Pastor/Officiating; The Rev. Calvin Trammell, Eulogist. Burial will follow in Standing Rock Cemetery in LaFayette.

Mrs. Hardnett is survived by her daughter, Nicole (Ben) Woody- Strickland of LaFayette, two sons, Kevin (Rekeshia) Turner and Joseph (Bridget) Hardnett, both of Milltown; sisters Gwen Wright and Annie Woody of Milltown, Clara Carr of Wadley,  Janice Hunter of Valley, Mattie Whitlow, Pearlie Walker, Kelly Whitlow, Mary Gomez and Maxine Whitlow, all of LaFayette, and Florine Gipson of Five Points; brothers Haywood Woody, Jr, Charlie Woody and Jimmy (Jackie) Woody, all of Milltown, James Whitlow and Johnathan Whitlow, of LaFayette, and Michael Smith of Franklin, Georgia; 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
