Mrs. Elma Heard, 86 of Camp Hill, passed away on Friday, Dec. 6, 2019, at Southeast Medical Center in Dothan.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019,  at 11 a.m. CST at New Mt. Sellers Baptist Church in LaFayette. The Rev. Terry Magby will be the pastor and officiant. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Heard is survived by her children Willie Lewis Chislom of Camp Hill, Jerome Chislom of Camp Hill, Ronnie (Wanda) Chislom of Jacksons Gap, Anthony (Rochell) Chislom of Opelika, Essie Trimble of Opelika, Nellie Ruth Chislom of Petersburg, Virginia, Quinetta (Johnny) Strozer of Auburn, Angelia Chislom of Jacksons Gap, Michael Vines of Pompano Beach, Florida, Dewayne Vines of Camp Hill, Carl Jr. Heard of Enterprise, Willie James Heard of Anniston, Angela (Gregory) Ogiste and Alice Faye Heard of Eustis, Florida; a special goddaughter, Cozie Heard; two sisters, Ethel Allen of Camp Hill, and Lorene Pollard of Columbus, Ohio; one brother, Karon Chislom of Camp Hill; 16 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
