Ms. Miranda Rena Washington, 43 of Austell, Georgia passed away on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020, at WellStar Cobb Hospital in Austell, GA.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2020 at Noon CST at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in LaFayette, AL, Rev. Gary L. Dixon, Pastor; Officiating; Minister Diann Washington, Eulogist. Burial will follow in Handy Memorial Cemetery in LaFayette.

Ms. Washington is survived by her daughter, Janiyah Simone Moore of Atlanta, GA, her mother, Diann Washington of Atlanta, GA, two sisters, Beatrice Washington and Tayka Washington (James Nunn) both of Atlanta, GA, a brother, Carl Washington, Jr. of Atlanta, GA, nieces: Jakera Washington, Jamie Washington, Destini Blount, Genesis Smith and Carlin Washington, all of Atlanta, GA, nephews: Dontae Washington (Renita) and Kendrell Alexander, both of Atlanta, GA, Jeremiah Jones and Tyquavious Williams, both of Opelika, AL, Casani Washington of New Jersey, a great niece, Maliya Washington, three great-nephews, Dontae Washington, Jr., Taedon Washington and Jace Hicks, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
