Mrs. Lesa Mae Keafer, 58 of Lanett was born on Sept. 6, 1961, in Douglasville, Georgia and passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2020, at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.

Survivors include her husband, Edward Eugene Keafer; two children, Edward Eugene Keafer, III & Teresa Mae Keafer; seven grandchildren, and four brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. EST Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020, from Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley, AL with the Rev. Brad Wheeler and the Rev. James Osteen officiating. Burial will follow at Cusseta Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. EST at the funeral home.
