CenterState Bank employee in Valley tests positive for COVID-19

CenterState released a statement this afternoon notifying customers that an employee in the Valley branch tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.

According to the statement, the employee has not been in the branch since Wednesday, March 18 and has been recently hospitalized. The test was administered on March 24.

As a precaution, Center State has temporarily closed the Valley branch.

“The branch will not reopen until we are confident the bank environment is safe and sound,” the release said.

No further information was provided in this statement.
