A man has been arrested after shooting another man twice in a dispute over a watch, according to a press release from the Lanett Police Department.

Jonathan Golden, 19, was arrested for attempted murder after the dispute.

On March 1, at approximately 10:20 a.m., the Lanett Police Department was dispatched to the 800 block of 19th Street SW in reference to a gunshot victim. The victim, whose age is unknown, had two gunshot wounds, according to the press release.

The severity of the victim’s injuries were unclear.
