Mrs. Ida L. Denam, 83, a resident of Lanett passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at the Traylor Nursing Home in Roanoke. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. EST from Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Frank Lyons officiating. A private family burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Lee County. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Survivors include three daughters, Janice (Danny) Jackson, Debbie (Bill) Lewis, & Lisa (Alan) Phelps; brother, J.D. (Opal) Fuller; eight grandchildren, Terri Davis, Andy Jackson, Ashley Lewis, Jeremy Denam, Jessie Denam, Vanessa Pierce, Lydia Phelps & Hannah Phelps; and 11 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Denam was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse & Nancy Fuller, a son, Jerry Denam and 10 siblings.

She was born in Clay County on July 25, 1936 and was a member of the Lanett Church of Christ.
