Mrs. Mollie Ann Parker

1933-2020

Mrs. Mollie Ann Parker passed away on July 10, 2020. She was born in Bowdon, Georgia on May 16, 1933, to the late William Artie Calhoun and Ruby Yates Calhoun. 

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Parker is preceded in death by her husband, William Lee Estes; her brother, Byron Calhoun; her sisters, Helen Joyce Blackman and Linda Hurst; her brother-in-law, Edwin Pope. 

Mrs. Parker will be remembered for her love of the outdoors. She enjoyed spending time tending to her garden, fishing, and taking care of her animals. She was attending Grace Baptist Church in LaGrange.

Mrs. Parker is survived by her daughter, Alesia Ann Estes Wessinger, her husband, Louie; her brother, Leland Calhoun; her sister, Jenny Pope; her Parker family, Billy Parker, Betty Parker, Linda Parker, and Larry Parker; her numerous nephews, nieces, and extended family. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this challenging time.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, July 13, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. at Marseilles Cemetery in West Point, Georgia. Pastor Donnie Benefield will officiate service.
