Overview: There is a level 2 out of 5 risk for severe storms Tuesday evening into early Wednesday morning as a line of storms quickly sweeps across the state.
Changes from previous forecast: None.

Where: All of central Alabama
When: 7 pm Tuesday to 3 am Wednesday
Threats:
- Damaging straight-line winds up to 60 mph
- A few, brief tornadoes
Additional upcoming threats: Winds will be breezy and gusty leading up to and after the line of storms. A Wind Advisory is in effect from 12 pm Tuesday to 3 pm Wednesday for sustained winds of 15-25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph, from the south on Tuesday and from the west on Wednesday.
