The Lambda Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, in partnership with LifeSouth Community Blood Center, will host a community blood drive on Saturday, June 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The LifeSouth bloodmobile will be stationed in the parking lot of the Lanett Kroger.

All donors will receive a complimentary t-shirt and a $25 e-gift card as a token of appreciation for their life-saving contributions.

In conjunction with the blood drive, Lambda Zeta Omega will also host its annual Rock-A-Thon from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. outside the entrance of the Lanett Kroger. This signature event serves as one of the chapter’s fundraisers for scholarships, supporting students in the Lanett, Valley and Lafayette communities.

Lambda Zeta Omega invites the public to participate in both the blood drive and the Rock-A-Thon to help make a meaningful impact in the community.
