Mrs. Wilder was a member of Mt. Zion Primitive Baptist Church in Ashland, Alabama. She was a lover of Sacred Harp Music and enjoyed traveling the world attending singings. She began working at WestPoint Pepperell’s Lanett Bleachery & Dye Works and retired after a cumulative 50 years with WestPoint Stevens as an administrative assistant at the Corporate Office.

Mrs. Wilder was loved by many friends in Lanett, her church family and fellow Sacred Harp singers. She faced Alzheimer’s with the dignity and grace in which she lived her life and dearly missed Lanett during her years away.
