LaFAYETTE — Mrs. June Dye Warmack, 84, of LaFayette, Ala. died Thursday December 21, 2017 at the EAMC-Lanier Hospital in Valley, Ala.

Mrs. Warmack was born in Tallapoosa County, Ala. on June 14, 1933 to the late William Roy Sanders and the late Mildred Yancey Sanders. She had been employed at McClendon Trucking Company in LaFayette as the insurance administrator for 25 years, and was an active member of the First Baptist Church of LaFayette.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday December 27, 2017 at  at the First Baptist Church with burial to follow at the LaFayette City Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Hand officiating.  Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from noon until 2 p.m. CST prior to the service. She is survived by her son, Bill (Shannon) Dye of Salem, Ala., sister, Margie Crews of Montgomery, Ala., brother, Henry Sanders of LaFayette, five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Jerry Dye and Pete Warmack, a brother, Danny Sanders, a sister in law, Miriam Sanders, and by a daughter, Debbie Gandy and son in law, Austin Gandy. On line condolences may be sent to jeffjonesfuneeralhome.com.
