Lanett reports

LANETT — Three people were arrested in Lanett on Monday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Bradley Kyles, 28, of Five Points has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Harris, 63, of Lanett has been charged with harassment.

Detriele Jones, 21, of Lanett has been charged with attempting to elude a police officer and resisting arrest.

Lanett officers are investigating an incident of criminal mischief, third degree, and criminal trespass, third degree, that took place on the 800 block of South 2nd Avenue.

Sheriff’s Office reports

LaFAYETTE — Michael Kennedy, 26, of Hoover, Ala. has been charged with a probation violation – youthful offender.

Kathryn Molina, 33, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay (FTP) – possession of marijuana, first degree.

Nicholas Whaley, 34, of Lanett has been charged with failure to appear in court (FTA) to answer rape-related charges.

Valley report

VALLEY — Two  people were arrested in Valley on Monday. According to Valley Police Department reports,

Emily Beers, 26, has been charged with public intoxication.

O’Neal Hutchinson, 60, has been charged with domestic violence, third degree – menacing.

VPD officers are investigating a number of incidents that were reported on Monday. They include:

Criminal mischief, third degree, reported on the 700 block of Gaylor Street;

Robbery, third degree, reported on the 200 block of Huguley Road;

Domestic violence, third degree, menacing, on the 100 block of MLK Drive;

A self-inflicted gunshot wound on the 1400 block of Fairfax Bypass;

Domestic violence, third degree – physical harassment reported on the 100 block of GI Street;

Property damage reported on the 300 block of Crystal Springs Road.

West Point reports

WEST POINT  — West Point police officers are investigating an incident of criminal damage to property that allegedly took place Monday on East 10th Street.
