MR. FRANK LANGLEY

HUGULEY — Mr. Frank Loyd Langley, 75, of Huguley passed away Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Ala.

Funeral services will be held at Happy Valley Baptist Church on Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, at 2 p.m. EST with Rev. Rusty Letson officiating.  Burial will follow at Marseilles Cemetery in West Point, Ga.  Visitation took place Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. EST at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.

Mr. Langley is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anne Langley of Huguley; two children, Diane (Bubba) Hope and Richard “Ricky” Langley, both of Huguley; a brother, William J. (Darlene) Langley of Valley; a sister, Martha Ann Treadway of Opelika; nine grandchildren, Cody (Amber) Hope, Grayson Hope, Constance (Jason) Robinson, Zack Langley, Drew Langley, Jordan (Chris) Williams, Joanna Langley, Nic Langley and Dani Hawkins and five great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his son, David Langley.

Mr. Langley was born in Chambers County on June 14, 1942. He was the son of the late Bessie Marie Wilkinson Langley and William A. Langley.

Mr. Langley was the former owner and operator of Frank’s Flea Market in Huguley and was an avid University of Alabama football fan.  He was a retired employee of Southern Union State Community College.
