Sheriff’s Office reports
LaFAYETTE — Eleven people were arrested in Chambers County over the weekend. According to the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office, they include:
Calvin Finley, 41, of Lanett, charged with two counts of failure to appear in court to answer charges of assault, first degree, and FTA – distribution of a controlled substance.
Walter Adams, 41, of Lanett has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Angel Cruz, 41, of Valley has been charged with possession of marijuana, second degree.
Leemar Edwards, 29, of Orlando, Fla. has been charged with FTA – move over law and FTA – failure to dim.
April Holliday, 26, of Roanoke, Ala. has been charged with FTA – speeding.
Taffie Meadows, 40, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – possession of a controlled substance, FTA – possession of marijuana, second degree, and FTA – possession of drug paraphernalia.
Rontravious Stevenson, 33, of Lanett has been charged with four counts of FTA – child support.
Tyrone Ross, 49, of LaFayette has been charged with FTA – driving with a suspended license and FTA – possession marijuana, first degree.
Gregory Peterson II, 39, of Lanett has been charged with probation violation and three counts of FTA – child support.
Jonathan Crews, 32, of Valley has been charged with FTA – child support.

LANETT — Three people were arrested in Lanett over the weekend. According to Lanett Police Department reports,
Kalem Hunter Harrelson, 23, of Valley has been charged with FTA – traffic.
Brandon Chase Kennebeck, 20, of Lanett has been charged with receiving stolen property, second degree.
Matthew Arnold Turner, 23, of Valley has been charged with receiving stolen property, first degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In incidents reported to the Lanett Police Department over the weekend, officers are investigating reports of theft of property, second degree, on the 1700 block of First Street; criminal mischief, third, and criminal trespass, third, on the 900 block of North 12th Street; criminal trespass, third, on the 1300 block of 26th Avenue SW; criminal mischief, third, on the 3900 block of 32nd Street SW; domestic violence, third degree, on the 5400 block of 33rd Street SW; harassing communications on the 3700 block of 42nd Street SW; harassing communications on the 400 block of North 13th Avenue; theft of property, first degree, on the 1000 block of County Road 212; harassment on the 1000 block of South Gilmer Avenue; domestic violence, third degree, on the 700 block of North 14th Court; harassment on the 6300 block of Veterans Memorial Parkway; identity theft on the 500 block of South 16th Avenue, and theft of lost property, fourth degree, on the 600 block of North 14th Avenue.
Valley reports
VALLEY — Four people were arrested in Valley over the weekend. According to Valley Police Department reports.
Nicklas Garlin Blanton, 36, of Valley has been charged with criminal trespass, third degree;
Christopher Russell Nelson, 32, of Valley has been charged with domestic violence, third degree;
Christopher Allen Smith, 33, of Valley has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree, and
Jonathan Michael Adams, 25, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.
VPD officers are investigating several incidents, including theft of property, first degree, reported on the 1100 block of Newton Road; theft of property, first degree, at 2402 19th Avenue and theft of property, fourth degree on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue.
West Point reports
WEST POINT — One person was arrested by the West Point Police Department over the weekend. Cary Dawson of Valley has been charged with driving with a suspended license.
WPPD officers are investigating a report of entering an auto that’s reported on Highway 29.
