Valley reports
VALLEY — Three people were arrested in Valley on Wednesday. According to Valley Police Department reports:
Richard Eugene Clark, 48, of Valley has been charged with receiving stolen property, second degree;
Michael Wayne Beach, 34, of Lanett has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree, and
Richard Anthony Johns, 23, of Lanett has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.
Incidents reported to VPD on Wednesday include domestic violence, third degree, on the 1700 block of 30th Street; theft of property, fourth, on the 2200 block of 50th Street; crulety to animals on the 3000 block of Trammell Avenue; harassing communications on the 2200 block of U.S. 29; theft of property, fourth, on the 3500 block of 20th Avenue, and some lost property was located at the Chambers Square Shopping Center.
Chambers County reports
LaFAYETTE — Four people were arrested in Chambers County on Wednesday. According to reports,
Faron David Allen, 38, of Valley, Holly Kay Warner, 29, of Valley and Betty Jo Teel, 45, of Valley have each been charged with possession of a controlled substance.
William Douglas Childers, 36, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay (FTP) on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lanett reports
LANETT — Five people were arrested in Lanett on Tuesday. According to LPD reports.
William Shane Guy, 40, of Valley has been charged with two counts of failure to appear in court (FTA) to answer traffic-related charges.
William D. Childers, 36, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay (FTP).
Richard Eugene Clark, 48, of Valley has been charged with receiving stolen property, second degree.
Calvin Benjamin Nix, 32, of Valley has been charged with FTA, and
Keenana Dennae Story, 30, of Lanett has been charged with FTA – traffic and giving a false name to a law enforcement officer.
In incidents being investigated by Lanett officers, domestic violence, third degree (harassment) and domestic violence, third degree (criminal mischief) were reported on the 5100 block of 16th Street SW and harassing communications on the 1800 block of 46th Avenue SW.
West Point reports
WEST POINT — Incidents reported to the West Point Police Department on Wednesday include forgery on Webb Road and incidents involving burglary on Holly Street, East 5th Street and Forest Mill Lane.
