Valley reports

VALLEY — Four people were arrested in Valley on Wednesday. According to reports,

John Nathan Hornsby, 39, of Valley has been charged with harassment;

James Matthew Floyd, 35, of Lanett has been charged with theft of property, fourth degree, and attempting to elude;

Brittany Allee Johnson, 30, of Valley has been charged with using false identify to obstruct justice, and

Bentley Shawn Ray, 26, of Valley has been charged with bail jumping, second degree.

Lanett reports

LANETT — Four people were arrested in Lanett on Wednesday. According to Lanett Police Department reports,

Daniel Wade Richardson, 26, of Lanett has been charged with failure to pay a fine for possession of marijuana, second degree;

Emily Melissa Whaley, 37, of Lanett has been charged with failure to appear in court  on a charge of driving with no insurance;

Brittany Allee Johnson, 30, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with FTP – disorderly conduct, and

Yamaine Guyvin Elliott, 23, of LaGrange, Ga. has been charged with possession of a forged instrument, third degree.

In incidents reported on Wednesday, Lanett police are investigating criminal mischief, third degree, on the 4400 block of Phillips Road; harassing communications on the 2500 block of 28th Street SW, and criminal possession of a forged instrument, first degree, on the 1400 block of South Gilmer Avenue.

Chambers County reports

LaFAYETTE — Ronald Crim, 36, of LaFayette has been charged with FTA – violation of the Sex Offender Registration Notification Act, and

Ronald Jones, 28, of Valley has been charged with being a fugitive from justice – probation violation.

West Point reports

WEST POINT — West Point police officers are investigating a report of criminal trespass that was reported Wednesday on Avenue C.
