LaFAYETTE — Mr. Donald E. “P-wanka” Satterwhite, 42, of LaFayette, Ala. passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, Ala.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2018, 1 p.m. CST at New Mt. Sellers Baptist Church in LaFayette with the Rev. Terry L. Magby, Sr., pastor, and the Rev. Kelsey Barnes, eulogist, officiating. Burial will follow in Handy Memorial Cemetery in LaFayette.

Mr. Satterwhite is survived by his wife, Toni Lynn Oliver-Satterwhite, LaFayette; his children, Dontavious (Terralyn) Satterwhite, Lanett, Ala. and Tamera Oliver, LaFayette; mother, Laura Satterwhite; father, Donald Shaver; six brothers, Kevin (Tina) Satterwhite, Villa Rica, Ga., Jeremy (Sierra) Satterwhite, LaFayette; Trosky (Karessa) Satterwhite, LaFayette; Maurice Brooks, LaFayette; Tazmian Shaver, West Point, Ga. and Ladarious Shaver, West Point, Ga.; two grandkids, Dontavious Satterwhite Jr. and D’ajiah Satterwhite; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
