LANETT — The Lanett Recreation Department is accepting registrations for the 2018 youth baseball and softball seasons. Registration began March 1 and runs through March 31.

The registration fee is $10 per applicant and must be paid at Lanett City Hall, 401 N. Lanier Ave.

Age divisions are 5-6 years old for coed  T-ball, 7-8 years old for coach pitch, 9-12 years old for Dixie youth and 13-14 years old for Dixie youth. Practices begin the week of April 2 at the Lanett High School baseball and softball fields.

Recreation track and field registration runs March 1-18. It is open to participants ages 7-14. Practice begins March 12 at the LHS football field. Registration forms for any sport can be obtained at W.O. Lance Elementary, Lanett Jr. High or LHS. For more information call 334-644-4312.
