LaFAYETTE, Ala., — Mrs. Minnie T. Shealey, 85 of LaFayette, Ala. passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018 at the LaGrange Nursing and Rehab Center in LaGrange, Ga.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018, 12 Noon CST at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in LaFayette with the Rev. Melvin Owens, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Handy Memorial Cemetery in LaFayette.

Mrs. Shealey is survived by four children: Jerome (Dorothy) Shealey of Anniston, Ala., Eunice Shealey (Ray) of LaGrange, Uless Shealey, Jr. of LaFayette, and Renita Shealey of LaGrange; two brothers, Cubie Trammel and Marshall Trammel, both of LaFayette; fourteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
